Monday, June 10
- Arrivals into Salt Lake City airport
- You will receive a separate confirmation from Alta Shuttle with your ground transportation confirmation

- Check-in at the Cliff Lodge, Snowbird

Tuesday, June 11

7:15–8am: Breakfast buffet available in Magpie B, in the Cliff Lodge conference center

8–12pm: Presentations in Golden Cliff, located in the Cliff Lodge conference center; business casual attire

12pm–1pm: Lunch in Magpie B

1–2:30pm: Break out groups in Golden Cliff, located in the Cliff Lodge conference center

2:30–3pm: Closing remarks and briefing for next events

5:40pm - Bus to offsite dinner
Wednesday, June 12
- 7–8am: Breakfast buffet available in Magpie B, in the Cliff Lodge conference center
- 7:45am – Bus for golfing group departs;
- Shotgun start at 9am
- Lunch upon completion
- 8am - Shared bus for mountain biking and Olympic site seeing departs;
- Mountain bikers will start from Woodward around 9am; helmets and bikes will be provided, however you are welcome to bring your own helmet, shoes, pedals, or other desired gear
- Olympic site seeing group stays on the bus and will start with the first venue at 9:30am
- Both groups will have lunch at Woodward at noon
- After lunch, there is an opportunity to watch athletes or participate in the Woodward barn
- By 2pm the bus will depart back to The Cliff Lodge
- 5:50pm – Meet on the Tram Deck (a short walk from The Cliff Lodge) for a 6pm Tram departure
- 6-9pm: Cocktail reception and dinner at The Summit; business casual attire, with a recommendation for a light jacket if you want to be outdoors, the temperature will be much cooler at the higher altitude. Sunset is ~8:45pm
Thursday, JUNE 13
- Departure via Alta Shuttle
